Pat "Ziggy" Zicarelli is a second generation REALTOR® from Birmingham Alabama, and is the founder and CEO of Style Realty & Investments in California. Ziggy is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors Degree and a teaching credential.

Active in organized real estate since 1976, he has served in leadership positions for local, state and national assosiations of REALTORS® and was elected President of the California Association of Realtors in 2016. He brings more than 40 years of real estate experience into every deal and is known for his ability to negotiate the best outcome.

Ziggy stays on the cutting edge of both the state and local real estate markets through his current service on the Board of Directors for both the California and National Associations.

Following his degree from the university of Mississippi, Ziggy has furthered his education with advanced studies in sales, marketing, negotiating skills, real estate law, appraisals, investments, taxes and more. He holds the respected CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, held by only 3% of REALTORS® nationwide) and GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) professional designations. When time allows, he still teaches advanced real estate classes for the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS®.
